Delete Your ElderMate Account
ElderMate (co.eldermate.app), developed by Ravinder Kumar, lets you delete your account and the data associated with it at any time. You can do this yourself inside the app, or request deletion by email.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (immediate)
- Open the ElderMate app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm by acknowledging that deletion is permanent, then tap Delete forever.
Your account and its data are deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email yravinderkumar33@gmail.com from the email address associated with your ElderMate account with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your guardian account and sign-in identity (email, name, profile details)
- All loved-one profiles you created (names, phone numbers, preferences)
- All call history, transcripts, summaries, mood and wellbeing observations
- All schedules, alerts, and notification tokens
- Your credit balance and purchase-credit history
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Unused calling minutes are forfeited on deletion.
What may be retained
- Records we are legally required to keep (for example, purchase and tax records held by Apple, Google, and our payment infrastructure) are retained for the period required by law.
- Anonymized, aggregated operational metrics that do not identify you may be retained.
- Subscription billing is managed by the App Store or Google Play; cancel any active subscription in your store account settings, as deleting your ElderMate account does not cancel a store subscription.
